Data minimization

Our reporting focuses on article- and campaign-level totals. We do not ask visitors to create an account, and we do not store names, message contents, precise locations or affiliate customers' order details in our own reporting.

Hosting and security logs

The hosting platform and its infrastructure providers may process technical request information such as an IP address, browser details and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. They may also set strictly necessary security cookies for functions such as bot protection. Japan, Clearly does not combine those delivery logs into its own visitor profiles.

Cookies, advertising and consent

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies or similar technology to serve and measure ads. Google's advertising cookies may allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on a visitor's previous visits to this site or other sites, where applicable and permitted.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown Google's certified consent message with choices to consent, not consent or manage options. A visitor's choice may affect whether personalized, non-personalized or limited advertising is shown. Google adds a “Privacy and cookie settings” link at the bottom of eligible pages so that consent can be reviewed or withdrawn.
